The short agreement every tester accepts. It fits on one page on purpose.

## What you get

- The beta ZIP and a Pro licence key with every Pro feature for the whole beta.
- **If you finish:** Pro for life on one site. “Finish” means you sent the check-ins and the final form and built one course with at least three enrolments (test accounts count). Lifetime means updates and support for as long as RootWright LMS Pro is sold; if we sell RootWright, honouring lifetime licences will be a condition of the sale. [Match the offer you choose.]
- **If you don’t finish:** your Pro key keeps working until [launch + 30 days], then any plan is [40%] off for as long as you renew.
- Replies from Rafi or Reza within [2 working days].

## What we ask

- Use RootWright on a real or realistic course during the beta.
- Send the check-ins and the final feedback form.
- Tell us if you need to stop, so we can pass your seat on.

## Reviews

No perk, discount or seat depends on a review or rating anywhere, including WordPress.org (guideline 9). If you leave one, it’s entirely your choice.

## Talking about it

There’s no NDA. Share screenshots, write about it, say what you think. The one exception: report security problems privately to [security@rootwrightlms.com] first, so we can fix them before they’re public.

## Your feedback

We may use your feedback to improve RootWright, without owing you anything for it. We’ll only quote you or use your name publicly with your permission.

## Your data

Your courses and students stay in your own database. The [privacy policy](https://rootwrightlms.com/privacy/) explains what we hold about you as a tester.

## Beta software

Beta builds can have bugs. They’re provided as they are. Use a staging or fresh site first and keep backups.

## When the beta ends

The beta updates to the release version like any plugin update [confirm]. Your offer terms apply from the release date.
